How do I change or update my username and password or account details?

If you wish to change your user name or password, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account
Select My account at the top right of any YogaResearchAndBeyond.com page
Select Edit Profile or Change Password
Enter your new information in the appropriate fields
Select Save to confirm changes
